**VICE – Skateboarding in Nepal (3 Episodes) | Kathmandu Films**

Kathmandu Films collaborated with VICE on a three-episode documentary series exploring the growing skateboarding culture in Nepal. The project followed a renowned skateboarder from Denmark as he traveled through Kathmandu and Pokhara, engaging with local youth, sharing skills, and inspiring the next generation of skateboarders. The series captured the rising passion for skateboarding, blending urban culture, youth energy, and community-driven storytelling.

Shot across multiple segments, the production highlighted real stories, training sessions, and interactions with emerging skateboarders. The involvement of local communities added authenticity and emotional depth, including moments such as gift distribution and mentorship, which made a lasting impact on young participants.

For all three episodes, Chandan Jha and Kathmandu Films worked as Line Producer and Fixer in Nepal, providing complete production support including research, logistics, filming coordination, location management, crew, and on-ground execution. The project required flexibility, strong local connections, and efficient coordination across multiple locations.
