Doctors Without Borders captures the urgent and life-saving work of emergency medical teams responding to crises, including critical missions in Nepal following a major disaster. This powerful humanitarian documentary highlights frontline doctors and nurses delivering essential care under extreme conditions, overcoming logistical challenges, and restoring hope to affected communities.

This production involved remote shooting and extensive research to accurately document sensitive medical operations and real-life emergency response scenarios. The project required careful coordination, access management, and a deep understanding of humanitarian workflows.

Chandan Jha and Kathmandu Films worked as Line Producer and Fixer in Nepal, managing filming permits, coordination with medical teams and organizations, logistics, local crew, and full on-ground support in challenging environments. With a highly responsible and adaptive approach, the team ensured smooth execution while maintaining respect for real situations on the ground.
